I have been doing real estate for more years than I would like to remember! One of the biggest issues I have is with lenders waiting until the last minute to get the loan packages to use so we are able to provide a Settlement Statement for the borrower to review prior to the appointment set up for them for their closing. With Metro Mortgage there is never a question of whether a loan will close on time or even if it will close. Metro has the closing package (loan documents) to us at least 48 hours in advance of closing if not earlier. The Settlement Statements are always approved within an hour of sending them for approval. The closing package itself is also very work friendly. I found working with Metro Mortgage to be a very pleasant and stress free experience. They know their business and it shows in their professionalism.
